- The role involves processing payment transactions validating payment instructions UMB Payee Expense Research Adjustments Customer Information
- Candidates should possess good typing skills strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast paced operational environment
- Key Responsibilities
- Process payment transactions accurately within defined turnaround times
- Review and validate payment instructions as per standard operating procedures
- Perform data entry and transaction verification with a high degree of accuracy
- Maintain process documentation and update trackers as required
- Meet daily productivity quality and SLA targets




- Escalate issues and risks promptly to the appropriate stakeholders
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth transaction processing
- Required Skills
- Positive typing speed with high accuracy
- Basic knowledge of banking and financial services is an advantage
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office applications
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple tasks
