Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the design, construction, and configuration of software applications. This role requires taking ownership of the development process and serving as the main liaison for project-related communications. The position demands coordinating efforts across various teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of solutions, while continuously monitoring progress and addressing any challenges that arise to maintain project momentum and quality.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.




- Oversee the implementation of best practices and ensure adherence to project standards.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to foster professional growth.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP BW/4HANA Data Modeling & Development.
- Experience in designing and optimizing data models to support complex reporting and analytics requirements.
- Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and integration techniques.
- Ability to develop and maintain data extraction, transformation, and loading processes.
- Familiarity with performance tuning and troubleshooting within SAP BW/4HANA environments.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP BW/4HANA Data Modeling & Development.

- This position is based at our HDC3C - SEZ location.
