Feline Media is a digital media company led by Sarthak Goswami, creating engaging and research-driven content for a growing YouTube audience.

We are looking for a Brand Partnerships & Sponsorships professional who can take ownership of bringing relevant brands and sponsorship opportunities to the channel and building long-term relationships with advertisers.

About the Role

This is a target-driven sales and partnerships role where you will be responsible for identifying potential sponsors, reaching out to brands and agencies, pitching Sarthak Goswami's content and audience, negotiating commercials, and closing sponsorship deals.

We are looking for someone who understands digital media, YouTube, influencer marketing, and branded content and knows how to turn brand interest into successful partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and build a pipeline of potential sponsors and brand partners.
- Reach out to brands, advertising agencies, media agencies, and marketing teams.
- Pitch Sarthak Goswami's YouTube channel and content for relevant brand integrations and sponsorships.
- Understand a brand's marketing objectives and create suitable partnership proposals.
- Generate recent leads through cold outreach, networking, LinkedIn, email, calls, and existing industry connections.
- Handle the complete sales cycle — lead generation → pitching → negotiation → closure → relationship management.
- Negotiate commercials, deliverables, timelines, and other partnership terms.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with brands and agencies for repeat business.




- Coordinate with the content and production teams to ensure smooth execution of brand campaigns.
- Keep track of leads, follow-ups, proposals, negotiations, and closed deals.
- Stay updated on brands' marketing campaigns, budgets, and trends in the digital creator ecosystem.
- Work towards achieving monthly and quarterly sponsorship revenue targets.

Who We’re Looking For

- 1–3 years of experience in sales, brand partnerships, sponsorships, influencer marketing, media sales, or business development.
- Experience in digital media, YouTube, influencer marketing, advertising, or content companies is highly preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and pitching skills.
- Someone who is confident speaking with brand managers, marketing heads, agencies, and decision-makers.
- Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
- Comfortable with cold calling, outreach, follow-ups, and meeting sales targets.
- Highly proactive and hungry to generate business rather than waiting for inbound leads.
- Good understanding of YouTube, creators, branded content, and digital advertising.
