Core Roles and Responsibilities:

- Technical Implementation & Site Surveying: Setting out the site, determining levels, surveying, and checking plans/drawings for accuracy to ensure structural integrity.
- Site Supervision & Management: Overseeing daily construction activities, managing subcontractors, ensuring labor efficiency, and resolving technical problems on-site.
- Quality Control & Assurance: Inspecting work, verifying materials (cement, steel, aggregate) meet specifications, and testing concrete/structures to ensure compliance with standards (IS/ASTM).
- Safety Compliance: Enforcing health and safety protocols (OSHA/local regulations) to prevent injuries and ensure a safe, secure work environment.
- Project Planning & Progress Reporting: Developing schedules, identifying milestones, preparing Daily Progress Reports (DPR), and managing project costs/budgets.
- Documentation & Coordination: Preparing bar bending schedules (BBS), maintaining records, and coordinating with architects, engineers, and clients.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
