Business Development Executive (IT)

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Business Development Executive to join our growing IT company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for lead generation, client acquisition, relationship management, and business growth for our web development, mobile app development, and software development services.

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate new business opportunities through LinkedIn, Upwork, networking, and other online platforms.
- Identify potential clients and build long-term professional relationships.
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable IT solutions.
- Prepare business proposals, quotations, and presentations.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects and existing clients.

Required Skills:





- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 6 Months to 3 Years of experience in Business Development, IT Sales, or Lead Generation.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of LinkedIn, Upwork, and online lead generation platforms.
- Basic understanding of web development, mobile applications, and software solutions.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn.
