The Role

We’re hiring a hands-on Media Buyer/Performance Marketer to own and optimize campaigns end-to-end. You’ll manage large budgets across multiple platforms, ensure strict regulatory compliance, and deliver measurable ROI for financial clients.

Key Platforms

- Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram)
- Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, PMax)
- Native: Taboola, Outbrain, MGID
- Programmatic: DV360 (good to have)

What You’ll Do

- Plan, launch, and scale campaigns to hit CPA/ROAS targets
- Manage compliance – G2 verification, Meta Special Ad Category, SEBI/RBI guidelines for financial ads
- Set up pixels, CAPI, S2S tracking, and CRM postbacks
- Run A/B tests, audience segmentation, landing page CRO
- Create performance reports (Google Sheets/Looker Studio)

Must-Have Skills





- 2–4 years in performance marketing with proven experience in financial ads (Stock Market, Forex, NBFC, Fintech)
- Deep understanding of financial ad policies and compliance
- Hands-on with Meta, Google Ads, and at least one native platform (Taboola/Outbrain/MGID)
- Strong analytical mindset and data-driven decision making
- Excellent communication and ownership skills

Nice to Have

- DV360 experience
- Google Ads / Meta Blueprint certified
- Managed monthly budgets of ₹20L+
- Multi-language targeting exposure
