Job Title: Telecallers

Job Description:

- Making outbound calls to potential customers to promote the company’s Fabric products and services.
- Handling inbound queries and providing necessary information about fabric and type of and other products.
- Maintaining a database of customer interactions and updating records accurately.
- Following up with potential customers to close sales and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly call targets as set by the management.
- Handling customer objections and providing appropriate solutions to convert inquiries into sales.




- Coordinating with the sales team to enhance lead conversion.

Key Skills:

- Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
- Ability to persuade and convince potential clients effectively.
- Good listening skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Basic computer skills for data entry and record keeping.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work in a target-driven environment.
