Job Summary:

We are looking for a compassionate and organized Patient Care Coordinator to manage patient interactions, ensure smooth care delivery, and enhance overall patient experience. The candidate will act as a bridge between patients, doctors, and hospital departments to ensure efficient and high-quality service.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate patient appointments, admissions, and discharges
- Act as the primary point of contact for patient queries and concerns
- Guide patients through treatment plans, procedures, and hospital services
- Ensure proper communication between doctors, nursing staff, and departments
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Assist in billing coordination and insurance processes
- Monitor patient satisfaction and handle feedback or complaints
- Ensure timely follow-ups and continuity of care
- Support patient counseling and service awareness
- Coordinate for diagnostic tests, reports, and referrals

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree.
- Experience in hospital front office, patient coordination, or customer service preferred

Skills & Competencies:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Solid organizational and multitasking abilities
- Empathy and patient-focused approach
- Basic knowledge of hospital operations and medical terminology
- Proficiency in MS Office / Hospital Management Software
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills

Experience:

- 0–3 years in hospital / healthcare setting preferred

Working Hours:

- Rotational shifts (including weekends if required)
