We are looking for a customer service executive who can manage respond to customer queries, manage IndiaMart/Justdial listings and coordinate with social media influencers over phone calls and WhatsApp.
The candidate must possess good communication skills in Hindi and basic communication skills in English.
Familiarity with Microsoft Excel/ Google Sheets is a must. A moderate level of written English language knowledge is required for email communication.
This is a full time job and the candidate is expected to work from our office in RIICO Mansarovar. The salary on offer is in the range of Rs 12,000 to 15,000 per month.
