About the Product

Our platform connects brokers, buyers, sellers, and investors in the commercial real estate industry. We are developing AI agents that can:

* Understand natural language conversations

* Recommend properties based on user requirements

* Qualify leads automatically

* Answer property-related questions

* Schedule meetings and property tours

* Generate follow-ups, emails, and summaries

* Integrate seamlessly with our CRM and workflow automation

Responsibilities

* Design and build production-ready AI agents

* Integrate LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, etc.)

* Implement RAG pipelines with vector databases

* Build tool/function calling workflows

* Develop scalable backend APIs (Node.js preferred)

* Optimize prompts, memory, and agent orchestration

* Work closely with product and engineering teams

Required Skills

* 4+ years of software development experience

* Robust experience with Python or Node.js

* Hands-on experience with OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, or similar LLMs





* Experience with LangGraph, OpenAI Agents SDK, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar frameworks

* RAG implementation experience

* Vector databases (Pinecone, Qdrant, Weaviate, Chroma, etc.)

* Prompt engineering and AI workflow design

* REST APIs, databases, and cloud deployment (AWS preferred)

* Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Nice to Have

* Commercial Real Estate (CRE) domain knowledge

* Experience with voice AI or conversational AI

* Docker, Kubernetes, Redis

* Monitoring and evaluation of AI systems
