Digital Marketing & Content Specialist

About the Role

We are looking for a Digital Marketing & Content Specialist who can manage our online presence, create engaging content, and support our day-to-day design and marketing requirements.

The ideal candidate should be creative, comfortable with video and graphic designing, and willing to learn new AI tools and software as we work in the architecture, interior design and construction industry.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage and create content for Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn and Facebook.

* Keep our Google Business Profile updated with regular posts, projects, photos and information.

* Plan, shoot and create office-based content*such as reels, videos and behind-the-scenes content.

* Visit and shoot project sites around Indore and nearby areas when required. Some local travel may be involved.

* Design pitch decks and project portfolios showcasing our completed projects.

* Design and prepare proposals, presentations and other marketing materials.

* Handle day-to-day graphic designing requirements whenever needed.

* Edit videos and create engaging short-form content for social media.

* Understand our brand and present our architecture, interior design and BIM projects effectively.

* Explore and use new AI tools,



design software and content creation tools to improve the quality and efficiency of our work.

* Stay updated with current social media trends and apply relevant trends to our content.

Requirements:

* Proven experience in digital marketing, social media management or content creation.

* Good knowledge of Canva and video editing.

* Strong understanding of Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn and Facebook.

* Good communication and creative thinking skills.

* Ability to independently plan, create and execute content.

* Comfortable with shooting videos and photos using a phone/camera.

* Willingness to learn new AI tools and design software.

* Candidates with experience in architecture, interior design, real estate, construction or related industries will be preferred.

* Must be comfortable working offline from our Indore office, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.

* Must be comfortable travelling to project sites around Indore when required.

What We're Looking For :

Someone who is creative, proactive and hands-on — not just someone who manages social media, but someone who can take an idea from concept → shooting → designing → editing → publishing.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
