We are looking for a creative and organized Social Media Manager to manage social media accounts for Banao Digital and its clients. The candidate will be responsible for content planning, social media management, audience engagement, performance tracking and developing ideas that improve brand visibility and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage social media accounts including Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn.
- Create and maintain monthly social media content calendars.
- Plan content ideas, campaigns, posts, Reels and Stories.
- Write engaging captions, social media copy and CTAs.
- Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors and content creators.
- Schedule and publish content across social media platforms.
- Monitor comments,



messages and audience engagement.
- Research trending topics, hashtags, audio and content formats.
- Track social media performance and prepare monthly reports.
- Analyze reach, engagement, followers and content performance.
- Develop current content ideas based on trends and audience behavior.
- Monitor competitors and identify opportunities for better content.
- Ensure consistent brand voice, visual identity and communication across platforms.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
