Job Title: Human Resource (HR Executive) – Jewellery Showroom

Location: PAREKH BROTHERS JEWELLERS, WHC ROAD, SHANKAR NAGAR, NAGPUR

Experience: 2–5 years

Role Overview

We are looking for a smart, well-presentable HR Executive with excellent English communication skills to manage recruitment, staff coordination, and employee engagement in a jewellery showroom environment.

Key Responsibilities1. Recruitment & Hiring

- End-to-end recruitment (sales staff, accountants, floor staff)
- Screening resumes and conducting interviews
- Coordinating joining formalities

2. Employee Management

- Maintain staff records and attendance
- Handle onboarding & exit processes
- Address employee concerns professionally

3. Training & Grooming

- Ensure staff grooming standards (important for showroom)
- Conduct basic training:
- Customer interaction
- Sales etiquette
- Monitor discipline and dress code

4. HR Operations

- Maintain HR documentation
- Coordinate payroll inputs with accounts
- Leave & shift management

5. Communication & Coordination

- Act as a bridge between management & staff
- Maintain a positive work environment
- Handle internal communication in fluent English

Key Requirements





- Excellent English communication (mandatory)
- Smart, confident, and presentable personality
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of HR processes
- Proficiency in MS Excel / HR software

Qualification

- Graduate (MBA HR preferred)

Salary Range

- Rs 20,000 - Rs 40000 per month
