About the Role
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Junior Architect / Interior Designer to join our team and work on premium residential and luxury villa projects.
The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of architectural and interior design concepts, strong attention to detail, and the ability to translate design ideas into practical drawings and presentations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in architectural and interior design development for residential projects
- Prepare detailed 2D drawings, layouts, plans, elevations and sections
- Assist with 3D modelling, design presentations and material selections
- Coordinate with senior architects, designers and project teams
- Prepare working drawings and design documentation
- Assist in site visits and coordinate with contractors/vendors when required
- Ensure designs and drawings meet project requirements and quality standards
- Support the team throughout the design and execution process
Requirements
- Bachelor's/Diploma in Architecture, Interior Design or a related field
- 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred
- Good knowledge of AutoCAD
- Knowledge of SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit, Photoshop or similar design software is an advantage
- Good understanding of space planning, materials and detailing
- Strong visual and creative sense
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Candidates with experience in residential/luxury projects will be preferred
