- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and development.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Configuration & Release Management.
- Strong knowledge of version control systems and release automation tools.
- Experience in managing configuration baselines and change control processes.
- Ability to coordinate release schedules and ensure smooth deployment across environments.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle and continuous integration practices.
- Skilled in risk assessment and mitigation related to configuration and release activities.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Configuration & Release Management.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
