Job Summary

SRV InfoTech is looking for a creative, proactive, and result-oriented Digital Marketing Executive with at least 1 year of experience to join our team.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on knowledge of social media management, digital marketing campaigns, content creation, and client communication. Candidates with an MBA and knowledge of Digital Marketing will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain social media platforms.
- Plan, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns.
- Create engaging content for social media and other digital platforms.
- Develop creative ideas to improve brand awareness, reach, and engagement.
- Coordinate with clients to understand their marketing requirements and communicate campaign updates.
- Manage day-to-day client communication and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Collaborate with the content, design, and creative teams to execute campaigns.

Qualifications & Skills





- Minimum 1 year of experience in Digital Marketing.
- Good knowledge of Social Media Management, Campaign Management, and Content Creation.
- English and Malayalam communication skills are mandatory.
- Valuable client communication and interpersonal skills.
- MBA with Digital Marketing knowledge is preferred.

Preferred Candidates

- Immediate joiners are preferred.
- Candidates with hands-on experience in managing social media accounts and digital campaigns.
- Candidates with prior experience in client communication and account handling.
