# Sales Manager – Tender & Government Projects

Salary: Up to ₹80,000/month

## Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Manager with strong knowledge of Government and Private Tender processes. The candidate will be responsible for handling tender-based sales activities, client coordination, business development, and generating new opportunities in the market.

## Key Responsibilities

* Manage Government and Private Tender processes from identification to submission

* Prepare tender documents, quotations, and proposals accurately

* Coordinate with departments for timely tender execution

* Develop and maintain strong client relationships

* Generate new business opportunities and achieve sales targets

* Handle GEM Portal and other procurement platforms

* Monitor market trends and competitor activities





* Ensure compliance with tender requirements and deadlines

## Required Skills

* Solid understanding of Government & Private Tender work

* Experience with GEM Portal and E-Tendering process

* Excellent communication and negotiation skills

* Leadership and team handling abilities

* Good knowledge of MS Office and documentation

## Eligibility

* Minimum 4+ years of experience in Tender Sales / Business Development

* Immediate joiners preferred
