Job Summary
The Sr Developer role focuses on designing building and enhancing integrations using SEEBURGER Business Integration Suite and SEE MFT for a global retail focused enterprise operating in a hybrid work model. The professional will create robust and secure data flows that support merchandising operations ensure reliable file transfers and contribute to scalable integration solutions that improve business agility and customer value.

Responsibilities
Design and implement integration solutions using SEEBURGER Business Integration Suite to enable reliable data exchange across enterprise platforms and partner systems
Configure and optimize SEE MFT components to support secure managed file transfer workflows that meet stringent compliance and performance expectations
Develop reusable integration mappings and transformation components that standardize data handling for merchandising and other core enterprise domains
Analyze existing integration landscapes to identify performance bottlenecks and propose targeted improvements that enhance throughput and stability
Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to refine integration requirements and ensure alignment with strategic priorities and operational constraints
Troubleshoot complex integration incidents by performing structured root cause analysis and implementing sustainable corrective actions that reduce future disruptions
Create detailed technical specifications and integration design documents that provide clear guidance for implementation support and future enhancements
Execute unit testing and integration testing activities that validate functional accuracy data integrity and non functional performance requirements for all integration flows
Monitor production integrations and MFT jobs using available tools and dashboards to detect anomalies early and initiate timely remediation steps




Automate routine deployment and configuration tasks where feasible to reduce manual effort improve consistency and support faster delivery cycles
Partner with merchandising focused teams to translate domain specific scenarios into robust integration workflows that improve product availability and inventory visibility
Apply secure coding and data protection practices in all integration and MFT implementations to safeguard sensitive information and maintain regulatory alignment
Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by sharing technical insights documenting integration patterns and mentoring peers on SEEBURGER and SEE MFT usage

Qualifications
Possess professional experience ranging from four to six years in integration development with robust focus on SEEBURGER Business Integration Suite implementation and support
Demonstrate hands on expertise in configuring SEE MFT for secure file transfer scenarios including encryption authentication scheduling and monitoring activities
Show practical understanding of retail or merchandising processes such as item management pricing promotions and inventory flows and apply this knowledge to integration design
Exhibit proficiency with structured data formats and messaging standards including XML JSON flat files and common enterprise integration patterns that support complex business use cases
Display solid skills in troubleshooting production incidents using logs monitoring dashboards and diagnostic tools to resolve issues within agreed service levels
Communicate clearly with cross functional teams by explaining technical details in accessible terms and documenting integration solutions for long term maintainability
Adapt effectively to a hybrid work model by using collaboration tools managing time independently and coordinating tasks across distributed teams without productivity loss
