Experience: 7–8 years of relevant experience in the Renewable Energy

Industry, particularly in Solar and Wind Projects.

Key Expectations:

 Strong experience in land acquisition, land aggregation, and landowner

negotiations.

 Drafting, reviewing and execution of Lease Deeds, Sub-Lease Agreements,

Sale Deeds, MoUs, POAs, Consent Letters and other land-related

documents.

 Knowledge of revenue records, including 7/12 extracts, 8-A, mutation entries,

title verification, DILR measurements and land records.

 Experience in NA permission, stamp duty, registration, mutation and other

statutory approvals.

 Handling land title due diligence and legal verification for Solar/Wind projects.

 Coordination with landowners, advocates, government/revenue authorities,

Sub-Registrar offices and internal project teams.





 Experience in resolving land disputes, encumbrances, inheritance issues and

title-related matters.

 Good knowledge of Gujarat land and revenue laws and applicable regulations

for renewable energy projects.

 Ability to independently manage multiple project locations and land-related

activities.

 Strong negotiation, communication and documentation skills.

 Preferred: Candidates with hands-on experience in large-scale Solar/Wind

projects and land acquisition/lease documentation in Gujarat.

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹95,000.00 per month
