Summary:
As a Test Automation Engineer, your day involves applying quality processes and leveraging automation tools and methodologies to enhance testing products and solutions. You will oversee the entire quality engineering function with a strong emphasis on automation, aiming to improve control, accuracy, and integrity throughout the testing lifecycle. This role requires a proactive approach to managing testing activities, ensuring that solutions are robust and meet the highest standards of quality in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.




- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and implement effective testing strategies.
- Continuously evaluate and improve existing automation frameworks to enhance efficiency and reliability.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on automation best practices.
- Monitor and analyze test results to identify defects and areas for improvement, ensuring timely resolution.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Automated Testing.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Python (Programming Language).
- Solid understanding of automation frameworks and tools used in software testing.
- Ability to design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts to support continuous integration and delivery.
- Experience in debugging and troubleshooting automation scripts to ensure smooth execution.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle and quality assurance processes.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Automated Testing.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
