We are looking for an experienced Merchandiser – Buyer Coordination to manage buyer communication and coordinate garment orders from development to shipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with buyers regarding orders, samples, specifications, and approvals.
- Follow up on sample development, costing, purchase orders, and production timelines.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Fabric, Trims, and Sampling teams to ensure timely order execution.
- Maintain buyer requirements, order details, T&A;, and production follow-ups.
- Handle buyer queries and provide timely updates on order status.
- Ensure orders are completed as per buyer specifications, quality standards, and delivery schedules.
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of experience in Garment/Apparel Merchandising.
- Positive knowledge of garment manufacturing and buyer processes.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Strong follow-up and problem-solving abilities.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and email communication.
- Ability to manage multiple orders and meet deadlines.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
