We are looking for an experienced and dynamic School Branch Head to manage the overall operations and performance of the school branch. The candidate will be responsible for academic coordination, staff management, parent relations, admissions, administration, and ensuring a positive learning workplace.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the overall day-to-day operations of the school branch.

Supervise teaching and non-teaching staff and ensure effective team performance.

Monitor academic activities, teaching quality, curriculum implementation, and student performance.

Handle parent communication, meetings, feedback, and concerns professionally.

Drive student admissions, enquiries, follow-ups, and retention activities.

Conduct regular staff meetings and monitor individual/team performance.

Ensure proper discipline, safety, hygiene, and smooth functioning of the school.

Plan and coordinate school events, activities, meetings, and other programmes.

Maintain administrative records, reports, attendance, and other documentation.

Coordinate with management regarding branch performance, requirements, and targets.





Identify operational issues and take timely corrective actions.

Work towards improving student strength, parent satisfaction, academic quality, and overall branch performance.

Requirements

Graduate/Postgraduate degree; B.Ed./MBA/education-related qualification preferred.

4–5 years of relevant experience in school/education management.

Experience as Branch Head, Centre Head, School Coordinator, Academic Coordinator, or School Administrator will be preferred.

Strong leadership and team-management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Good understanding of school administration and academic operations.

Ability to handle parents, teachers, students, and management effectively.

Strong organizational, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹55,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
