Datameris Launchpad is building a professional learning platform focused on one clear outcome: helping learners become more capable, employable and industry-ready through structured learning, mentorship, real-world projects and continuous feedback.

We are looking for a Product & Program Manager who can take end-to-end ownership of the Launchpad experience and help us build a high-quality, scalable EdTech business.

This is a high-ownership role for someone who enjoys solving complex problems, working across functions and turning ideas into measurable outcomes.

The Role

You will work closely with leadership and take responsibility for the overall product and program experience across Launchpad.

Your scope will include the complete learner journey — from discovery and enrolment to onboarding, learning, engagement, assessments, projects, completion and career outcomes.

You will collaborate with teams across academics, marketing, sales, technology, design and operations to ensure that Launchpad continuously improves as both a learning product and a business.

Key Responsibilities

- Own and continuously improve the Launchpad product and program roadmap
- Design and optimise the complete learner journey
- Lead the planning and execution of new programs, cohorts and initiatives
- Work closely with academic, marketing, sales, technology and operations teams
- Convert business goals and learner needs into clear priorities and execution plans
- Identify gaps across acquisition, enrolment, engagement, retention, completion and placement
- Use learner feedback, market insights and performance data to drive decisions




- Establish clear metrics and operating rhythms for programs and initiatives
- Improve systems, processes and workflows to increase scalability and execution quality
- Conduct customer and stakeholder discovery with learners, trainers, employers and partners
- Identify risks early and ensure critical initiatives move forward with accountability
- Continuously evaluate what is working, what is not, and what should change

We are looking for someone with relevant experience in EdTech, professional education, upskilling, career development, cohort-based learning or a related environment.

- Building or scaling an EdTech product or learning program
- Managing learner journeys from enrolment through completion
- Improving learner engagement,



retention or program outcomes
- Launching new programs, products or business initiatives
- Working closely with sales and marketing teams
- LMS platforms, assessments or learning analytics
- Placement, career services or employer engagement
- Working directly with founders or senior leadership
- Managing cross-functional initiatives from concept to execution
