- Make outbound calls to customers, dealers, and prospective clients.
- Receive inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries professionally.
- Follow up with customers regarding quotations, orders, deliveries, and feedback.
- Maintain accurate call records and update customer information.
- Schedule appointments and meetings for the sales team.
- Resolve basic customer queries and escalate complex issues when required.
- Maintain customer databases and office records.
Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
