We are looking for a responsible and customer-focused Care Executive to handle customer queries, provide timely support, resolve complaints, and ensure a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, patience, empathy, and the ability to coordinate effectively with different teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer inquiries through phone, email, chat, or other communication channels.
- Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved satisfactorily.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and complaints.
- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Provide information about products, services, processes, and policies.
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate supervisor or department.
- Maintain professional and positive communication with customers.
- Meet assigned customer service and performance targets.
- Collect customer feedback and identify areas for improving service quality.




- Maintain confidentiality of customer information and company data.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Graduate or equivalent qualification preferred.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.
- Strong interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to remain calm and skilled under pressure.
- Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Prior experience in customer care, telecalling, healthcare, hospitality, or a related field is an advantage.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
