About the Role

We are looking for an experienced SAP SD Functional Consultant with 3+ years of relevant experience in SAP Sales and Distribution. The candidate will be responsible for understanding business requirements, configuring SAP SD processes, supporting implementations and enhancements, and resolving functional issues.

Key Responsibilities

- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to Sales and Distribution processes.
- Configure and support SAP SD functionalities based on business requirements.
- Handle Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes, including:
- Sales Order Management
- Quotation & Inquiry
- Delivery & Shipping
- Picking & Packing
- Billing & Invoicing
- Returns & Credit/Debit Processes
- Configure and support Pricing and Condition Techniques.
- Work on Customer Master and Business Partner configuration and maintenance.
- Handle Sales Organization, Distribution Channel, Division, Plant, and Shipping Point configuration.
- Support Credit Management and related sales processes.
- Work on Output Determination, Copy Controls, Item Categories, and Schedule Line Categories.
- Support integration of SAP SD with FI, MM, and other SAP modules.
- Analyze and resolve functional issues raised by business users.
- Prepare functional specifications for custom developments and coordinate with ABAP teams.
- Perform unit testing, integration testing, UAT, and support deployment activities.
- Provide production support and participate in incident/change management processes.
- Prepare functional documentation,



user manuals, and process flow documents.
- Participate in SAP implementation, rollout, enhancement, and support projects.
- Identify process gaps and recommend SAP-based solutions for process improvement.

Required Skills

- 3+ years of hands-on experience in SAP SD.
- Strong understanding of SAP SD business processes and configuration.
- Good experience in the Order-to-Cash (O2C) cycle.
- Hands-on experience in Sales, Delivery, Shipping, and Billing processes.
- Strong knowledge of Pricing and Condition Techniques.
- Experience with Customer Master/Business Partner and sales organizational structures.
- Good understanding of SAP SD integration with FI and MM.
- Experience in functional testing and issue resolution.
- Good knowledge of SAP S/4HANA will be an added advantage.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to interact effectively with business users and technical teams.

Educational Qualification

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, IT, or a related field.
- SAP SD certification or relevant SAP S/4HANA certification will be an added advantage.
