JOB DESCRIPTION – TELECALLER

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate loan & insurance leads.

Explain loan products, eligibility, documentation and basic process to customers.

Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication until login/disbursement.

Generate business for Current Car Loan, Used Car Loan, Home Loan, Personal Loan & Insurance.

Coordinate with the sales team, customers and lending partners for smooth processing.

Maintain daily call records, lead status and follow-up details.

Achieve assigned monthly sales and lead-generation targets.

Build good customer relationships and identify cross-selling opportunities.

Preferred Profile

Experience in loan sales / telecalling preferred.

Freshers with good communication and a positive attitude may also apply.

Good Hindi & English communication skills.

Basic computer knowledge.

Target-oriented, confident and self-motivated.
