Job Title: Telecaller / Telecalling Executive
Location: Paschim Vihar, Delhi
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month (depending on interview and experience)
Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and responsible Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for calling, email communication, online data extraction, and maintaining data using MS Excel.
Key Responsibilities
- Make and handle calls with clients/customers.
- Communicate with potential clients through calls and emails.
- Perform online data extraction from various sources.
- Maintain and update data accurately in MS Excel.
- Prepare and maintain records of calls, leads, and customer information.
- Follow up with clients and provide necessary information.
- Perform other day-to-day telecalling and data-related tasks as required.
Mandatory Skills
Candidates must have knowledge/experience in all of the following:
- Online Data Extraction – Mandatory
- MS Excel – Mandatory
- Calling / Telecalling – Mandatory
- Email Communication – Mandatory
Requirements
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic to good knowledge of MS Excel.
- Good internet and computer skills.
- Ability to communicate professionally with clients.
- Positive typing and data-handling skills.
