Shift: Monday–Friday | 11 AM–8 PM

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Sterling OMS Developer with 8+ years of hands-on experience in IBM Sterling Order Management and full SDLC. The ideal candidate should have strong Java development expertise, Sterling OMS implementation experience and an understanding of AI-assisted development workflows using tools such as Gemini, Claude, GitHub Copilot or similar.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, maintain and extend applications using IBM Sterling Order Management.

Configure and implement Sterling OMS solutions based on business requirements.

Work with the IBM Sterling Cloud version and support implementations.

Handle patches, upgrades, installations and application enhancements.

Develop Java-based extensions for Sterling OMS.

Work with Java/EE, Oracle and Middleware technologies.

Develop and manage integrations between Sterling OMS and enterprise applications.

Work with Microservices and REST APIs.

Support functional testing,



troubleshooting and production issues.

Provide technical leadership and guidance to the Order Management application team.

Apply AI tools such as Gemini, Claude, GitHub Copilot or similar within development/workflow processes.

Required Skills

8+ years of experience in IBM Sterling Order Management.

Strong hands-on experience with Sterling OMS full lifecycle development.

Strong expertise in Java / Java EE.

Good knowledge of Oracle and Middleware technologies.

Experience with build, deployment and enterprise integrations.

Good understanding of Microservices and REST APIs.

Robust understanding of functional testing and troubleshooting.

Exposure to Gemini / Claude / GitHub Copilot / AI-assisted development workflows.

Experience providing technical leadership to development teams.

IBM Sterling OMS Certification is preferred.

IBM Call Center experience is an added advantage.
