Industry: PET Bottle / Plastic Packaging Manufacturing
Key Responsibilities
- Manage overall plant operations, production planning and daily manufacturing activities.
- Lead ISBM production and ensure productive operation of ASB DPW and ASB 12M machines.
- Monitor OEE, productivity, downtime, rejection and production targets.
- Coordinate with Maintenance, Quality, Engineering, Stores and other functions for smooth plant operations.
- Drive process improvement, automation, cost reduction and productivity initiatives.
- Manage manpower, shift operations, training and team performance.
- Ensure product quality, safety standards and compliance across the plant.
- Manage material availability, inventory and efficient material handling.
- Support new machine installation,
commissioning and process stabilization.
- Review plant KPIs and drive corrective actions for improved operational performance.
Mandatory Experience
- 10+ years in Plant Operations / Manufacturing
- Strong experience in PET Bottle Manufacturing
- Hands-on experience in ISBM
- Must have worked on ASB DPW and ASB 12M machines
- Solid knowledge of production, maintenance coordination, quality and plant operations.
- Experience with ASB 50MB / 250 / 650 will be an added advantage.
Qualification
- Diploma / Degree in Plastic Technology, Mechanical / Production Engineering or related field.
