1.FINANCIAL STRATEGY & PLANNING

#Develop financial strategy, budgets, forecasts, and long-term plans.

# Monitor revenue, profitability, cash flow, and financial performance.

# Advise CEO/Board on strategic investments, acquisitions, and expansion.

2.PROJECT FINANCE & FEASIBILITY

# Evaluate financial feasibility of real estate and construction projects.

# Analyze project costs, revenue, ROI, IRR, profitability, and cash flow.

# Monitor project budgets and identify cost overruns.

3.CASH FLOW & WORKING CAPITAL

# Manage company and project-wise cash flows and working capital.

# Monitor receivables, payables, collections, and funding requirements.

# Ensure liquidity for project and operational expenses.

4.BANKING & FUND MANAGEMENT

# Manage relationships with banks, NBFCs, financial institutions, and investors.

# Arrange project finance, working capital, and term loans.

# Negotiate funding terms, interest rates, and repayment schedules.

5.PROJECT COST CONTROL

# Control construction and project expenditure against approved budgets.

# Review contractor bills, procurement costs, and variations.

# Identify cost-saving opportunities.

6.ACCOUNTING & FINANCIAL REPORTING

# Oversee MIS, P&L;, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, and project profitability reports.

# Ensure accurate accounting of land, inventory, WIP, revenue, and project costs.

# Strengthen accounting policies and internal controls.

7.TAXATION & STATUTORY COMPLIANCE

# Ensure compliance with GST, Income Tax, TDS, Companies Act, and other regulations.

# Oversee tax filings, assessments,



audits, and statutory reporting.

# Coordinate with consultants, auditors, and legal advisors.

8.AUDIT & INTERNAL CONTROLS

# Lead internal and external audits.

# Strengthen financial controls, approval processes, and governance.

# Identify and mitigate financial and fraud risks.

9.REVENUE & COLLECTIONS

Monitor sales revenue, customer collections, cancellations, and receivables.

# Track customer payment schedules and overdue amounts.

# Improve collection efficiency in coordination with Sales, CRM, and Legal.

10.VENDOR & CONTRACTOR MANAGEMENT

# Oversee vendor and contractor payments and financial terms.

# Monitor advances, retention, deposits, and outstanding payments.

# Support commercial negotiations.

11.RISK MANAGEMENT

# Identify and manage financial, project, liquidity, credit, and regulatory risks.

# Develop risk mitigation strategies and monitor project profitability.

12.MIS & MANAGEMENT REPORTING

# Develop CFO-level dashboards and financial MIS.

# Provide project-wise analysis of revenue, costs, profitability, cash flow, and collections.

# Present financial performance and key risks to the CEO/Board.

13.TEAM LEADERSHIP

# Lead Finance, Accounts, Taxation, Audit, Treasury, and MIS teams.

# Define KRAs/KPIs and build solid finance capabilities.

# Ensure timely reporting, compliance, and audit completion.

14.STRATEGIC BUSINESS SUPPORT

# Partner with CEO, COO, Projects, Sales, Procurement, Legal, and HR teams.

# Provide financial inputs for business and operational decisions.

# Support growth while maintaining profitability and financial discipline.
