Job Description:

Generate and qualify B2B leads for Specialized Cleaning Services.

Reach out to corporate clients through calls, emails, and LinkedIn to identify business opportunities.

Schedule meetings and site visits for the sales/business development team.

Understand client requirements and coordinate with the operations team for proposal creation.

Follow up on proposals and maintain a solid sales pipeline.

Maintain MIS reports for calls, meetings, proposals, and closures.

Support work tracking and overall business development activities.

Skills Required:

Strong communication and B2B sales skills.

Excellent follow-up and client coordination abilities.

Prior experience in IFMS, Cleaning Services, Hygiene Services or the Manufacturing industry is preferred.

Proficiency in MS Excel, email communication, and CRM tools.

Target-oriented with a proactive approach.

Salary Range: 3–4 LPA
