Job Title: E-commerce Executive

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented E-commerce Executive to manage online marketplace operations, with a strong focus on Amazon.in account management, advertising campaigns, and marketplace growth. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, hands-on experience in e-commerce operations, and proficiency in Malayalam for coordinating with regional stakeholders and customers.

Key Responsibilities Marketplace Management

- Handle day-to-day operations of Amazon.in seller accounts.
- Manage product listings, catalog updates, pricing, and inventory.
- Monitor account health and ensure compliance with marketplace policies.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and issue resolution.

Amazon Advertising

- Plan, execute, and optimize Amazon Sponsored Ads campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance and improve ROAS, CTR, and conversions.
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Prepare periodic advertising performance reports.

Account Management

- Manage seller account performance and growth initiatives.




- Track sales trends and recommend strategies to improve revenue.
- Handle customer queries, returns, and escalation management.
- Coordinate with Amazon support regarding account-related issues.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or related field.
- Experience managing Amazon.in marketplace accounts.
- Hands-on experience with Amazon Ads Console and campaign management.
- Solid knowledge of e-commerce operations and marketplace processes.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools.

Skills Required

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong understanding of Amazon Seller Central.
- Experience in Amazon advertising and account management.
- Fluency in Malayalam (spoken and written) is mandatory.
- Team player with a proactive and result-oriented approach.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Experience in managing multiple product categories on Amazon.
- Knowledge of other marketplaces such as Flipkart, Myntra, or Meesho will be an added advantage.
- Passion for e-commerce, digital growth, and online retail operations.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
