*Position Overview:*

We are looking for an experienced Fashion Designer who seamlessly bridges creative aesthetics with technical garment production. You will be responsible for conceptualizing our menswear linenwear line, creating digital design flats/illustrations, and translating those concepts into precise, production-ready tech packs.

*Key Responsibilities:*

* *Collection Conceptualization & Illustration:* Create digital fashion sketches, CADs, and mood boards using Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop to define seasonal drops (shirts, relaxed trousers, resort wear).

* *Tech Pack & Spec Sheet Generation:* Build comprehensive tech packs containing flat sketches, bill of materials (BOM), stitching details, trim choices, and precise size grading rules.

* *Sampling & Fit Iterations:* Coordinate with pattern masters and sample rooms to develop first prototypes, conduct fit sessions, and refine silhouettes until production-ready.





* *Fabric & Trim Selection:* Partner with the Sourcing Manager to select appropriate weaves, buttons, labels, and interlinings that match the brand’s luxury-casual positioning.

* *Production Handoff:* Brief the production team on design nuances to ensure mass-produced garments strictly match the approved design samples.

*Requirements:*

* *Experience:* 4 to 7 years in menswear design, illustration, and product development for contemporary or D2C apparel brands.

* *Software Mastery:* Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and digital tech-pack creation.

* *Execution Focus:* Proven track record of taking a product from a digital sketch/illustration to a physical, manufactured garment on retail shelves.

* *Material Understanding:* Solid working knowledge of how natural and blended fabrics (linen, cotton) drape, behave, and fit across different body types.
