TELECALLER CUM BACK OFFICE EXECUTIVE

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls with students, clients, and leads.
- Follow up with leads through phone calls and WhatsApp.
- Explain courses, services, offers, fees, and booking details clearly.
- Maintain daily lead records, follow-ups, and customer data.
- Manage Google Sheets, Google Forms, Excel, and other basic office work.
- Coordinate with the editing, photography, and academy teams.
- Schedule demos, meetings, follow-ups, and appointments.
- Update lead status regularly and ensure no lead is missed.
- Prepare daily/weekly reports of calls, leads, conversions, and follow-ups.
- Handle basic documentation, data entry, and back-office coordination.
- Maintain professional communication with students and clients.
REQUIRED SKILLS
- 1–2 years of experience in telecalling, sales, customer support, or back-office work.
- Good communication skills in Hindi & English.
- Confident and polite while speaking with customers.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets / Google Forms.
- Positive follow-up and convincing skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain records.
- Basic computer knowledge is mandatory.
- Experience in an education institute, creative agency, photography studio, or sales environment will be an advantage.
