Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Channel Sales Executive to manage and expand our distribution network in Bangalore and Chennai. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth through electrical distributors, dealers, retailers, and contractors. You will play a key role in expanding our brand reach, identifying new trade partners, and achieving monthly sales targets in the regional low-voltage/electrical equipment market.

Key Responsibilities

- Network Expansion & Management: Identify, onboard, and manage electrical distributors, wholesalers, dealers, and retail outlets across the assigned region (Bangalore/Chennai).
- Revenue & Target Achievement: Drive monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for our product line (e.g., cables, switchgear, lighting, modular switches, and wiring accessories).




- Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with channel partners, electrical contractors, consultants, and electricians.
- Secondary Sales & Stock Rotation: Monitor distributor inventory levels, assist in secondary sales generation, and ensure timely product movement from dealers to end users.
- Market Intelligence: Track competitor activities, market trends, pricing strategies, and report insights back to senior management.
- Promotional Campaigns: Execute trade schemes, promotional activities, electrician meetups, and dealer engagement programs to boost product visibility.
- Receivable Management: Coordinate with partners to ensure prompt collection of payments and maintain healthy credit cycles.

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
