Job Summary

CARECIL PRIVATE LIMITED is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Regional Sales Manager – Automotive OEM to lead OEM sales and business development activities across the assigned territory. The ideal candidate will have experience in Automotive OEM sales, a good network with OEM customers, and an understanding of automotive coating systems.

The candidate will be responsible for developing current OEM business, managing key customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and supporting the company's growth across the assigned market.

Key Responsibilities

· Develop and manage Automotive OEM business across the assigned territory.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with OEM customers and key decision-makers.
· Identify and develop new OEM business opportunities.
· Expand CARECIL's customer base and strengthen existing accounts.
· Achieve assigned regional sales and business development targets.
· Handle quotations, commercial discussions, negotiations, and business proposals.
· Understand customer requirements and coordinate with technical teams to provide suitable coating solutions.
· Coordinate with production, quality, technical, and internal teams to meet customer requirements.
· Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and customer requirements.
· Maintain customer information and sales activities through CRM/ERP systems.
· Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and regular business updates.




· Travel extensively across the assigned territory for customer meetings, business development, and account management.

Qualification & Experience

· Graduate/Diploma in Paint Technology, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
· Minimum 2 Years of relevant sales experience in Automotive OEM, Automotive Coatings, Paints, or related industries.
· Experience in handling Automotive OEM customers will be preferred.
· Strong existing network with Automotive OEMs will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year
