Key Responsibilities

- Lead, supervise, and motivate team members to achieve assigned targets.
- Allocate daily tasks and monitor team performance.
- Ensure work is completed within the required timelines and quality standards.
- Provide training, guidance, and support to team members.
- Monitor attendance, productivity, and individual/team performance.
- Identify operational issues and take appropriate corrective actions.
- Maintain effective communication within the team and with management.
- Prepare and submit daily/weekly/monthly performance reports.
- Handle team-related concerns and resolve conflicts professionally.

Qualification & Experience

- Any Graduate / Diploma or relevant qualification.
- Experience: 1–3 years in a Team Leader/Supervisor role preferred.
- Relevant industry experience will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹489,556.38 - ₹1,725,449.21 per year
