Job Summary

We are looking for a UG NX Sheet Metal Design Engineer with 1–3 years of experience in tractor / automotive sheet metal design. The candidate will be responsible for designing sheet metal components and assemblies, developing accurate 3D models and manufacturing drawings, and supporting design feasibility and product development activities using Siemens NX (UG NX).

Key Responsibilities

· Design and develop sheet metal components and assemblies for tractor and automotive applications using UG NX (Siemens NX).

· Create accurate 3D models, detailed manufacturing drawings, assemblies, and flattened sheet metal patterns.

· Apply sheet metal design principles, bend allowances, material considerations, and manufacturing requirements.

· Prepare and maintain BOMs, engineering drawings, specifications, and other technical documentation.

· Interpret and apply GD&T;, engineering standards, and design requirements to ensure product quality and manufacturability.

· Coordinate with manufacturing, quality,



and cross-functional teams to resolve design issues and ensure design feasibility.

Key Skills

· Hands-on experience with UG NX / Siemens NX.

· Strong knowledge of Sheet Metal Design, 3D Modeling, Assembly, and Drafting.

· Good understanding of manufacturing processes, fabrication, and sheet metal manufacturability.

· Knowledge of GD&T;, BOM preparation, engineering drawings, and design documentation.

· Tractor / automotive / agricultural equipment sheet metal design experience is preferred.

Key Requirements

· 1–3 years of relevant experience in sheet metal design.

· Experience in tractor / automotive sheet metal design is preferred.

· Ability to create production-ready models, drawings, and flat patterns.

· Good problem-solving, coordination, and communication skills.

· Candidates available to join immediately or within 15 days will be preferred.
