Role Description The Learning Development Executive – Inside Sales is a full-time, on-site role based in Trivandrum. This role focuses on generating and nurturing leads for SKILLENDORSE’s training and consulting programs through calls, emails, and other digital communication channels. The executive will present learning solutions, conduct needs assessments with prospective clients, and manage the end-to-end inside sales cycle, including follow-ups and closure of opportunities. Daily responsibilities include maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, coordinating with training and delivery teams, and ensuring a high level of customer service and satisfaction. The role also involves meeting sales targets, contributing to sales campaigns,



and sharing market feedback to support continuous improvement of programs.

Qualifications

- Candidates should have 1 to 2 years of experience in inside sales and lead generation skills.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Customer Service skills.
- Candidates should possess solid Sales skills, including negotiation and closing abilities.
- Relevant experience in education, training, consulting, or professional development services is beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree or MBA in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.

- Ability to work with CRM tools, manage pipelines, and analyze basic sales metrics.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
