Blynk Virtual Technologies Private Limited, brand BlynkEx, is a Bhopal-based technology company running a virtual digital asset trading and settlement desk.

We are formalising our finance function and need a Finance Manager to own accounting and statutory compliance end to end, and to lead the accounts team.

The Role

Hands-on ownership of the books, GST and TDS compliance, payroll statutory filings, reconciliations and monthly MIS — plus direct supervision of the finance team. You will work in Tally yourself, not only review.

Responsibilities

- Maintain complete books in Tally Prime; ledger scrutiny, monthly closing and finalisation up to P&L; and balance sheet
- GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B filing, GSTR-2B reconciliation with the purchase register, GSTR-9 support, and handling of departmental notices
- Monthly TDS deduction and deposit, quarterly 24Q/26Q returns, Form 16/16A on TRACES, and resolution of defaults
- Payroll processing with EPF, ESIC and professional tax computation and filing
- Daily bank reconciliation, vendor payment scheduling and platform settlement reconciliation
- Monthly MIS — revenue, cost,



margin and expense variance — and maintenance of the statutory compliance calendar
- Supervise, allocate work to and review the finance team; conduct monthly performance reviews
- Coordinate statutory audit, maintain audit-standard documentation and support ROC filings

Requirements

- B.Com or M.Com; CA Inter, CMA Inter or MBA (Finance) preferred
- 3 to 15 years in accounting and finance
- Expertise in Tally Prime or Tally ERP 9, from voucher entry through to finalisation
- Independent hands-on filing experience on the GST portal and on TRACES
- Advanced Excel — pivot tables, lookups, high-volume reconciliation
- Working knowledge of EPF, ESIC and professional tax compliance
- Fluent Hindi and working English

Preferred: fintech, exchange, NBFC or broking background; exposure to virtual digital asset taxation (section 194S, section 115BBH); experience of a Tally-to-ERP migration.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
