Brand Strategist – Artist & Brand Management

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and highly organised Brand Strategist who can efficiently manage an artist’s overall brand presence, social media, collaborations, and associated brands. The ideal candidate should have strong strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities effectively.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and manage the artist’s overall brand strategy, positioning, and public image.
- Handle the artist’s social media platforms, including content planning, execution, and growth.
- Create and implement strategies to increase the artist’s visibility, engagement, and audience.
- Identify, pitch, and manage brand collaborations, endorsements, campaigns, and partnerships.
- Manage the artist’s existing and upcoming brands, ensuring consistent branding and positioning.
- Plan and execute brand launches, campaigns, promotional activities, and collaborations.
- Coordinate with designers, content creators, PR teams, photographers,



agencies, and other stakeholders.
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitors, audience insights, and new growth opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with brands, agencies, media, and industry professionals.
- Oversee all artist and brand-related activities and ensure timely, professional execution.

Requirements

- 3–5 years of experience in brand strategy, artist management, influencer marketing, entertainment, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of branding, social media, digital marketing, and content strategy.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, networking, and relationship-management skills.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Creative, proactive, detail-oriented, and result-driven.
- Ability to independently manage projects and take complete ownership of responsibilities.

Salary: Open to discussion based on experience and profile.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
