- Supervise day-to-day construction activities related to roads, bridges, culverts, and embankments.
- Ensure correct implementation of alignment, levels, grade, pavement layers (subgrade, GSB, WMM, DBM, BC), and structural elements of bridges.
- Coordinate with surveyors and subcontractors for setting out and layout as per approved drawings.
- Monitor earthworks, asphalt laying, concrete pouring, formwork, rebar fixing, and other structural activities.
- Supervise and monitor the construction of sewerage and drainage systems, including stormwater networks, manholes, culverts, and pipelines.
- Interpret engineering drawings and specifications related to underground utilities and translate them into actionable site plans.
- Conduct site inspections to ensure work aligns with approved designs and quality standards.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, utility providers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and safe completion of work.
- Ensure adherence to local regulations, environmental standards, and health & safety protocols on-site.
- Oversee material selection and ensure proper installation techniques for pipes (e.g., PVC,



GRP, HDPE, RCC).
- Resolve technical issues and recommend improvements for project execution efficiency.
- Assist in surveying, setting out levels, and ensuring proper slope/gradient in sewer/drainage lines.
- Support the preparation and submission of as-built drawings, test reports, and inspection records.
- Liaise with design engineers to provide feedback and suggest design modifications if necessary
- Liaise with consultants, clients, and contractors for inspections and approvals.
- Prepare daily progress reports, weekly schedules, and material consumption reports.
- Support planning engineers and quantity surveyors with on-site measurements and quantities

Job Types: Full time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
