We are looking for a skilled and motivated IT Trainer to deliver quality training to students under our skill development programs. The trainer will be responsible for technical training, practical sessions, assessments, and preparing candidates for job placements.

Key ResponsibilitiesTraining & Delivery

- Conduct classroom and practical training in:
- Computer Basics (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Internet & Email Usage
- Basic IT Skills / Digital Literacy
- Deliver sessions as per curriculum and batch schedule
- Ensure student understanding through hands-on practice

Student Management

- Maintain daily attendance and student records
- Track student progress and performance
- Provide individual support to weak students

Assessment & Reporting

- Conduct regular tests, assignments, and evaluations
- Maintain reports (MIS, attendance, assessment data)
- Submit daily/weekly progress reports to center incharge

Placement Support





- Prepare students for interviews (basic grooming & computer test)
- Support in resume preparation and job readiness
- Ensure students are aligned with placement requirements

Lab & Infrastructure Management

- Ensure computer lab is functional and systems are maintained
- Report technical issues (hardware/software) on time
- Assist in maintaining discipline and proper use of systems

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Minimum Qualification: Graduate / Diploma in IT / Computer
- Good knowledge of:
- MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Basic Computer Operations
- Basic understanding of internet, email, and digital tools
- Valuable communication skills (Hindi & basic English)
- Teaching or training experience preferred

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
