Andersen is hiring an MLOps Engineer for a project delivering scalable digital solutions and supporting reliable AI and technology platforms across diverse organizations.
The customer is a government-backed organization focused on socio-economic development through digital and business solutions. They aim to improve labor markets, enhance employment opportunities, and support public and private sector growth. Their services include digital platforms, automation, and training programs to develop human capital.
The project is focused on delivering digital and technology solutions for government, semi-government, and private-sector organizations. It supports diverse business needs through the development and implementation of reliable, scalable, and efficient solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Designing and maintaining MLOps solutions for production ML and Generative AI systems.
- Building and maintaining ML pipelines for training, testing, deployment, monitoring, and retraining.
- Managing the model lifecycle, including versioning, promotion, deployment, rollback, and retirement.
- Building scalable ML infrastructure for training and inference, including GPU workloads on Kubernetes.
- Developing CI/CD pipelines for ML and AI applications with automated testing and deployment.
- Implementing model testing, data validation, monitoring, and drift detection.
- Ensuring reliability and performance of production ML systems, including monitoring, alerting, incident response, and troubleshooting.
- Creating reusable MLOps templates, pipeline components, standards, and documentation.
- Working closely with Platform, Security, and Architecture teams to deliver reliable and secure AI infrastructure.
- Building and supporting production GenAI/LLM solutions, including model routing,
prompt management, caching, rate limiting, and guardrails.
- Implementing monitoring and security for LLM and agentic AI systems, including data protection and usage tracking.
- Optimizing ML/LLM infrastructure and costs through model selection, routing, caching, batching, and resource optimization.
- Evaluating new ML and GenAI technologies and contribute to architecture and technical decisions.
- Supporting technical excellence through code reviews, mentoring, knowledge sharing, and documentation.
Must-haves:
- Strong engineering experience across Software Engineering, DevOps/SRE, and MLOps for 5+ years.
- Strong Docker and Kubernetes skills, including GPU workloads.
- Experience with GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, ArgoCD, or similar CI/CD tools.
- Strong Python skills and experience with Infrastructure as Code: Terraform, Ansible, or similar.
- Experience with production services, PostgreSQL, caching, asynchronous processing, and observability.
- Hands-on LLMOps and GenAI experience: model gateways, prompt management, RAG, vector databases, embeddings, tool calling, evaluation, and guardrails.
- Production experience with agentic AI systems.
- Experience evaluating ML/LLM models based on quality, latency, cost, and safety.
- Experience with AI cost management, including token tracking, cost attribution, quotas, GPU/inference optimization, and cost reduction.
- Experience building MLOps/ML platforms from an early stage, working with Platform/Infrastructure teams, and applying data quality and workflow orchestration practices.
- Familiarity with AI governance, model risk, auditability, and fairness testing.
- Level of English – Upper-Intermediate and above.
