We are looking for a dynamic Client Acquisition Executive to drive business growth by acquiring new clients in the US IT Staffing industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, generating leads, building client relationships, and closing new staffing partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and acquire current clients for US IT Staffing services.
- Generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and networking.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and decision-makers.
- Understand client hiring requirements and present suitable staffing solutions.
- Coordinate with the recruitment team to ensure timely delivery of qualified candidates.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements.
- Maintain an active sales pipeline and achieve monthly business targets.
- Update client interactions and sales activities in the CRM.

Pay: ₹10,643.70 - ₹24,320.48 per month
