- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
- Assign tasks and monitor team performance to ensure productivity and quality.
- Provide coaching, training, and regular performance feedback to team members.
- Resolve team issues, conflicts, and customer escalations professionally.
- Coordinate with managers and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
