Job Summary

Navinora Private Limited is looking for a confident, articulate, and engaging Anchor to join our team in Kollam.

The ideal candidate will have solid communication skills, a confident on-camera presence, and the ability to connect effectively with audiences through podcasts, videos, events, and other professional content.

Key Responsibilities

- Host and present podcasts, videos, interviews, and other company content.
- Present confidently in front of cameras and live audiences.
- Host and support company events, programs, and promotional activities.
- Engage professionally with audiences and handle public interactions.
- Assist in developing creative and audience-friendly content.
- Prepare and deliver scripts, presentations, and promotional communications.
- Coordinate with internal teams for content production and events.
- Represent Navinora professionally across public-facing activities.
- Maintain consistency in communication and brand presentation.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills.




- Confident personality with strong stage presence.
- Comfortable appearing on camera and addressing live audiences.
- Clear voice, good pronunciation, expression, and delivery.
- Creative approach with an interest in content creation.
- Strong interpersonal and audience engagement skills.
- Good coordination and teamwork abilities.
- Previous experience as an Anchor, Presenter, Content Creator, Podcast Host, Event Host, or in a similar role will be an advantage.

Freshers with excellent communication, presentation, and confidence are also encouraged to apply.
