Gamics Games & Animation Institute is a creative education institute focused on building industry-ready professionals in Animation, Game Design, VFX, Video Editing, Graphics, AI-powered creative production, and digital media.

We are looking for a passionate and skilled Creative Media Mentor who can train students, guide practical projects, and help them develop professional creative skills.

Job Responsibilities

- Conduct practical and engaging classes in Video Editing, VFX, Animation and Graphic Design.
- Teach students through real-world projects and industry-oriented assignments.
- Guide students in developing portfolios, showreels and professional projects.
- Mentor students individually and help them improve their creative and technical skills.
- Explain creative concepts, workflows and software tools in a simple and practical manner.
- Keep students updated with current industry trends, workflows and AI-powered creative tools.
- Review student projects and provide constructive feedback.
- Help students understand professional production pipelines and best practices.
- Maintain a positive, creative and professional classroom environment.
- Collaborate with the academic team to improve course content and student outcomes.

Required Skills

Candidates should have strong knowledge of multiple areas such as:

- Video Editing
- VFX & Compositing
- Motion Graphics
- 2D / 3D Animation
- Graphic Design
- Short Film / Content Production
- AI-based Creative Tools

Software Knowledge

Experience with some of the following tools is preferred:

- Adobe Premiere Pro
- Adobe After Effects
- Adobe Photoshop
- DaVinci Resolve
- Blender
- Houdini
- Other relevant VFX,



animation or creative software
- AI-based video and creative production tools

Strong expertise in every software is not mandatory. Candidates with strong expertise in 2–3 areas and a willingness to work across creative disciplines are encouraged to apply.

Candidate Profile

We are looking for someone who:

- Has practical industry experience in creative media.
- Is passionate about teaching and mentoring students.
- Can explain technical concepts clearly.
- Has strong communication and presentation skills.
- Can manage practical classroom sessions effectively.
- Understands current trends in Animation, VFX, Video Editing and AI.
- Is comfortable guiding students through real-world projects.
- Has a strong creative mindset and a willingness to learn new technologies.

Teaching experience will be an advantage, but candidates with strong industry experience and a passion for mentoring are also welcome.
