Eligibility

* Previous experience in cooking and housekeeping is required.

* Ability to prepare Kerala-style breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks.

* Basic knowledge of North Indian and other commonly requested dishes is preferred.

* Knowledge of food safety, kitchen hygiene and proper food storage.

* Ability to maintain guest rooms, bathrooms, kitchen and common areas in excellent condition.

* Physically fit, disciplined and willing to perform both cooking and housekeeping duties.

* Polite and qualified behaviour when interacting with guests.

* Experience in a houseboat, resort, homestay or hotel will be preferred.

### Key Responsibilities

* Prepare and serve food according to the approved menu and guest requirements.

* Ensure consistent taste, quality, portion size and presentation.

* Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and food-storage areas.

* Monitor the availability of groceries and kitchen supplies.

* Minimise food wastage and ensure proper storage of ingredients.





* Clean and prepare guest rooms, bathrooms and common areas.

* Change bed linen, towels and guest amenities as required.

* Ensure the property is clean and guest-ready before every check-in.

* Report maintenance issues, damages and stock requirements promptly.

* Support the operations team in providing a comfortable guest experience.

* Follow all company hygiene, grooming and safety standards.

### Language Requirements

* Malayalam is mandatory.

* Basic English or Hindi communication skills will be preferred.

### Compensation

Salary will be based on experience and practical cooking skills.
